Thank you for choosing Auxo Clean! Please complete this short form before purchasing your cleaning package. Your answers will help us understand your property and prepare for your clean.

Monthly Packages & Booking Policy

All regular cleaning packages are paid for in advance as one monthly payment.

Weekly packages: Include four cleans per month.
Fortnightly packages: Include two cleans per month.
One-off cleans: Prefer not to commit to a regular package? You can book a single one-off clean instead.
Monthly rebooking: Packages do not renew automatically. Clients must rebook and pay for their next month’s package to continue receiving regular cleans.
Cleaning products: All standard cleaning products are provided by Auxo Clean.
Equipment: Clients must provide a suitable, working vacuum cleaner and mop.
Time-based service: We will always aim to complete all tasks within the time booked. You’re more than welcome to pay for additional time.
Additional services: Deep cleaning beyond the booked scope, carpet cleaning, exterior window cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning are not included unless separately agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cleans must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 days (48 hours) before the booked appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less notice will not be rebooked or refunded.

We only service and clean in the areas of East and South London, in the following postcodes:

South East London: SE1–SE28
South West London: SW2, SW4, SW8, SW9, SW11–SW20
Croydon: CR0, CR2, CR4, CR7, CR8
Bromley: BR1–BR4
East London: E1–E3, E8–E9, E14–E16
